I will be sitting at a table with a meetup sign.

Look at the messages link to see info regarding our next meeting topic, etc.

This group is a great opportunity to seek external peer support and gain additional information for counselors, therapists, psychologists that may not have enough or adequate support in their current work environment.

This group could also give current therapy or psychology students the opportunity to meet and talk to others in their field.

We'll decide the following months agenda at each meeting based on ideas from members. I will come to the meetings prepared with articles, topics, etc and members can choose those or their own ideas.

I'm hoping to begin a data base of contacts based on members of the group for networking purposes, it can be a work in progress.

Hope to see you there!

    •  Very thought provoking topics with great analysis from entire group! Had a great time and as always looking forward to next time!
    •  I found this group to be a great mix of people that offer wonderful insight on various topics surrounding the mental health profession. The organizer, Elizabeth, does a great job making everyone feel welcome and introducing topics of discussion. I look forward to future meetings to feel connected to what others are doing in the field.
    •  It was wonderful having a bigger group, the discussion was lively and interesting. Everyone appeared to have a great time discussing their opinions and getting to know each other.
